Based upon Governor Ducey’s update received today, we will reopen May 8, 2020.
We apologize for any confusion and we want to extend our gratitude to you for being so understanding and a kind local supporter of small business. We have been making lots of organizational changes so everything may look and feel different in the office. We also are making some changes about the way we handle our everyday services and what we ask of our patients as well. All of these changes are being made for the safety of both the staff, our patients, and the community.
1. FIRST THINGS FIRST
In preparation of your appointment, please take a moment to check in with how well you feel. If have had a temperature within 72 hours, have a cough or respiratory symptoms, or are under quarantine due to exposure or travel, please reschedule by phone, email: office@medicallyyourssedona.
2. HUG_FREE ZONE
our office will have to be a “hand shake free” and “hug free” zone for a while. We will miss this personal interaction, although air-hugs are perfectly welcomed.
3. PROTECTIVE MASK REQUIRED
We will be wearing a protective face mask when offering your service. Please wear a face covering or mask in our public spaces of reception and waiting areas. We will ask you to remove your mask, if needed, for your exam or treatment. Should you arrive to the office without wearing a mask or protective face covering, we can offer one for a $5 fee.
4. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR STAFF
You will notice a change in the type of personal protection equipment (PPE) worn by our team. We will be following the recommendations and requirements of the CDC and the OSHA.
